What is the Family Hire Program? +

The Family Hire program allows individuals with DDD funding to hire their trusted family members as paid caregivers. Alianza assists with onboarding, background checks, and payroll setup to make the transition completely seamless for your family.

Do you work with NJ DDD? +

Yes. Alianza Support Network is an approved New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) Provider Agency. We work directly with your Support Coordinator to align our services with your Individualized Service Plan (ISP).
